These Terms of Service documents the legal relationship between you and Tamihaz Language School regarding the use of our website, digital resources, and physical educational facilities. Accessing our domain constitutes your full agreement to these provisions.

We operate as a premium center for professional language advancement. If you disagree with any portion of these protocols, we request that you discontinue use of the site immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our curricula evolution requires; significant changes will be announced via the email address on file.

Our primary offering is high-signal English instruction tailored for professionals, academics, and advanced students. All educational materials provided on this platform are protected by intellectual property laws.

• A. Course access is contingent upon successful admission assessment.
• B. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or visa approvals following program completion.
• C. Instructional hours are scheduled within our standard window: Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00 and Sat 9:00-14:00 (CST).

Tuition fees are structured to maintain our high instructor-to-student signal ratio. Payments must be processed through our authorized Mexican or international payment gateways prior to the commencement of any instructional block.

Refund requests are subject to the specific enrollment contract signed during admission. Generally, withdrawal from a program after the 48-hour "cooling off" period is subject to pro-rated administrative fees. Digital materials, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable.

Tamihaz Language School maintains a professional learning environment. Any behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or concentration of fellow students or instructors will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

This applies to both our physical campus in Tlalpan and our digital learning portals. Academic integrity is paramount; the unauthorized distribution of our proprietary methodology or course recordings is strictly prohibited.
